FarBeyondz Return & Refund Policy

 

Effective Date: 22 September 2025

At FarBeyondz, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality health supplements and a clear, fair policy for returns and refunds. This policy is divided into two sections: one for our valued Customers and one for our registered Sales Agents.

Section 1: Policy for Customers

 

This section applies to all products purchased directly from FarBeyondz for personal use.

 

A. 30-Day Satisfaction Returns

 

You may return a product if you are not satisfied with it, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Timeframe: The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date the product was delivered to you.

  2. Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the returned product(s) must be in their original, unopened packaging and in a like-new, resalable condition.

  3. Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team via WhatsApp at +65 8443 4710 or by email at support@farbeyondz.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with further instructions.

  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  5. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping for satisfaction-based returns will be borne by the customer.

 

B. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Process: Please WhatsApp us at +65 8443 4710 with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product.

  2. Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you at no additional cost, or we will provide a full refund, including any shipping costs.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Section 2: Policy for Sales Agents (Buy-Back Guarantee)

 

This section outlines the buy-back guarantee for registered Sales Agents who choose to terminate their agent agreement with FarBeyondz, in compliance with Singapore's regulations.

  1. Guarantee: FarBeyondz provides a buy-back guarantee on products purchased by an agent within the last 60 days prior to the termination of their agreement.

  2. Conditions for Buy-Back:

    • The agent must be officially terminating their relationship with FarBeyondz.

    • The products must be unopened, unencumbered, and in a commercially resalable condition. This means the packaging must be clean, undamaged, and suitable for resale.

  3. Refund Amount: FarBeyondz will repurchase the eligible inventory at not less than 90% of the agent's original cost. Any commissions or bonuses that have already been paid out to the agent or their mentor based on the purchase of these specific units will be deducted from the final refund amount.

  4. Process: To initiate the buy-back process, the terminating agent must submit a formal written request to support@farbeyondz.com.
